Making Centerville attractive to residents, business, and visitors is a never-ending process. An approved park renovation plan is the major item for the years 2010 2013, with all 5 municipal parks receiving major improvements. Wed like to thank the corporate sponsors of this project as well as the volunteers and organizers. We are especially pleased to announce that Smithson Park, on the western edge of our city, will be expanded to include the adjacent wetlands. A boardwalk is planned to allow minimally obtrusive access to this beautiful nature preserve.
